Republican Rep. Tom Emmer on Wednesday had a video-conferencing snafu, an all too common experience in the COVID world.

During a virtual House Financial Services meeting, the Minnesota lawmaker was flipped via a filter, his head upside-down and detached from his body with an abstract blue and white background.

“Are you OK,” asked Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters.

Emmer responded he was before someone alerted him he was upside down. Emmer couldn’t figure out how to fix it and soon enough someone mentioned another recent Zoom mistake.

“At least you’re not a cat,” person joked.

Eventually, Emmer did figure out how to fix the issue and turn himself right-side-up.
