The PlayStation 5 has been notoriously hard to get since its November 2020 launch, but a Russian luxury company just jacked it up to the highest difficulty level.

Caviar, a company perhaps best known for selling extremely expensive gold iPhones, is giving the PS5 its usual treatment. The new and very rare “Golden Rock” PS5 brings a rocky textured custom plating to the PS5’s exterior. An important thing to consider here is that the faceplates don’t just look like gold — they’re actually made up of about 20kg of 18 karat gold.

Caviar’s website doesn’t publicly list a price. Instead, it asks you to provide contact information so someone can hit you up about it later in case you’re actually interested in owning this thing. (A single kilo of 18K gold seems to go for around $45,000 right now, in case you were wondering.) Whatever the Golden Rock PS5 costs, it’s going to be way too much for the average person.

If you’re one of the many folks who have struck out when trying to get ahold of a regular PS5, at least be happy you’re not trying to get the Golden Rock model. Caviar’s website says the company will produce one single, solitary unit.

Now, refreshing broken store pages in the hopes of maybe spending $500 doesn’t sound so bad.

Conclusion : empêcher votre ordinateur portable de se fissurer. Cart drones etc.
