TikTok’s troubles are an opportunity for Triller.

On Sunday, Microsoft confirmed it’s in talks to buy TikTok from Chinese parent company ByteDance. That came after President Donald Trump called for a ban on TikTok last week.

Now Triller, a video-sharing app that recently attracted some former TikTok influencers, has taken the top spot in the iOS App Store.

App analytics firm Apptopia crunched the numbers and found U.S. downloads of Triller went from 5,675 on July 26 to 61,924 on Aug. 2. That’s an increase of nearly 11 times.

But don’t move on too quickly. TikTok is still alive and well — it was downloaded 241,838 times on Sunday alone.

Coincdentially, Triller sued TikTok for patent infringement just last week.
