I love the Colgate Hum. It’s a smart brush that’s actually done right—you don’t need to stare at your phone every time you brush your teeth in order to map your progress and get feedback—and it’s cheaper than most smart brushes out there.
There is a version that uses AAA batteries instead of a rechargeable internal battery. It’s also on sale for $40 from Colgate (with the HUMFORTHEHOLIDAYS code) and $45 from Amazon.
iHealth No-Touch Forehead Thermometer for $24 ($20 off)
This thermometer usually sells for anywhere between $30 and $50. It uses infrared to spit out a temperature reading in just one second, so you won’t have to convince a sick kid to let you hold a probe under their tongue. If you’re struggling to find a thermometer in stock, or you just want a backup, this might be a good option.

They’re actually high-waisted (I have a long torso and most “high-waist” pants barely reach my belly button), they aren’t see-through like a lot of cheap ones, and they don’t need too much pulling up and readjusting as you run, squat, or downward dog. They’re also made of 25 plastic bottles and 79 percent recycled polyester, with recycled packaging. Theragun Elite for $299 ($100 off)
All Theragun devices are discounted right now, and we liked all of them in our testing, but the Elite was our favorite. It’s the quietest, comes with five attachment heads, and uses 40 pounds of pressure to sooth sore muscles.
Coway Airmega 400 for $480
It’s not a precise Black Friday deal, but Coway makes our favorite air purifiers, and they seem to be cheapest this time of year. The 400 is has cost upward of $600 at times this year. It’s best for large rooms up to 1,560 square feet, and its price reflects that. It’s intuitive to use with touch controls and a color-coded air quality monitor, and its filters are easy to change, too.
The smaller Coway 200M, was also on sale but it’s currently sold out (and it’s usually around $120 from Walmart. If you don’t need as big a purifier as the 400, it’s better to wait for the 200M to come back.
