In one of the night’s stronger sketches, Levy pops up as a newly hired Universal Studios tram tour guide-in-training, Thoby (the H is NOT silent). But because he’s on no sleep and lots of coffee, Thoby launches into a string of inappropriate tangents about everything from dark Back to the Future fan theories to his… unconventional appreciation for Wayne Knight of Seinfeld fame.
Backed by the perfect straight man in Mikey Day and a hilarious peanut gallery featuring Ego Nwodim as the tram driver and Kenan Thompson as a game-for-anything tourist, this SNL sketch is filled with earned laughs from beginning to end.
