Chadwick Boseman may be gone, but his enormous on-screen legacy remains. And although Marvel boss Kevin Feige has already confirmed that they won’t be recasting his Black Panther character T’Challa in the film’s upcoming sequel, the question still remains about how best to respect Boseman’s legacy going forwards.

During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, fellow Black Panther star Daniel Kaluuya shared his thoughts on this.

“We’re gonna have to honour him,” Kaluuya, who plays W’Kabi in the movie, says to Norton in the clip above. “Give as much to his legacy as he gave to us. Because he gave us everything. Stayed here to give us everything. An incredible man, incredible soul.”

Boseman passed away last year after a four-year battle with cancer. He was 43 years old.
