Save $50: The Adidas RPT-01 over-ear wireless headphones and FWD-01 wireless earbuds are $50 off in all three colors through Feb. 13.

Adidas makes headphones and we need to talk about them more.

Fans of Primeknit sneakers can ditch the plastic-y vibe and rock the iconic knitted mesh on their over-ear headphones or earbuds. Both have a unique look, fun colors, and flexible features that make them perfect to be your work and workout headphones. They’d make a sweet Valentine’s Day gift (to yourself, even?) — Adidas is spreading the love by slashing $50 off both pairs.

It’s pretty obvious that the RPT-01 headphones were made for being active. They’re a rare balance of ultra lightweight but rugged. They’re tight, but that means that runners and HIIT enthusiasts won’t have to worry about them falling off every five seconds — and if they do get knocked around, you won’t have to worry about them breaking. You can go hard for 40 hours without needing to charge, too.

Everything is controlled through intuitive controls on each earcup. The knob on the right controls power, pairing, volume, and playback. The left is home to Google Assistant and Siri, plus an even cooler addition: using the Adidas Headphones app, you can switch that default action from voice control for other actions, like picking an album on Spotify. Audio purists may not be psyched on the sound, though the average user will be pumped up by the bass-forward signature.

Those who prefer to downsize to earbuds (but *not* Airpods) will dig the presence of the FWD-01’s knitted cord that won’t tangle easily. On that cord are tiny buttons for a voice assistant or other shortcuts that can be customized in the app.
