As of Dec. 7, select Fitbit smartwatches and fitness trackers (including all the new ones) are on sale on Amazon and Best Buy for up to 30% off:

If most of your daily “activity” nowadays consists of meandering back and forth between your couch, desk, fridge, and/or bed, it probably feels like an odd time to be investing in a new fitness tracker. But with a personal accountability buddy right there on your wrist measuring and monitoring your progress, it could be just the motivation you need to stick with your workout goals heading into the new year (no matter how big or small).

Conveniently, both Amazon and Best Buy have the latest Fitbits on sale for up to 30% off as of Dec. 7 — that includes the new Fitbit Charge 4 (a Black Friday bestseller) and the fancy Fitbit Sense smartwatch, which just hit a new record-low price. Better yet, all four models should arrive before Christmas if you place your order ASAP. (Last-minute gift idea alert!)

Here’s the lowdown:

This fitness tracker from early spring brought Active Zone Minutes to the table, an all-new metric that uses heart rate data to track your efforts toward weekly workout goals. That came on top of other premium features like Spotify integration and an on-board GPS (finally) as well as an impressive seven-day battery life.

Both Amazon and Best Buy have the Fitbit Charge 4 on sale for $119.95 (normally $149.95), though only the former throws in a free 90-day trial of Fitbit Premium (a $29.97 value) that gets you advanced health insights, additional sleep tools, guided programs, and much more.

Released in September, the Inspire 2 is a new entry-level tracker featuring Active Zone Minutes in addition to standard activity/sleep tracking tools (like 24/7 heart-rate monitoring) and up to 10 whole days of battery life.

Feel free to grab this one from either Amazon or Best Buy — both retailers have it on sale for $69.95 (a 30% savings) and promise to include a whole year’s worth of Fitbit Premium valued at $79.99.

BEST APPLE WATCH ALTERNATIVE: Fitbit Versa 3

Also new as of this past fall, the Versa 3 is essentially the smartwatch version of the Charge 4, bringing you that built-in GPS, Active Zone Minutes, and a decently long battery life of almost a week. Its upgrades include a larger, customizable AMOLED display, a built-in Amazon Alexa smart assistant, and some internal storage space.

This one’s on sale at Best Buy and Amazon for $199.95 (down 13% from its $229.95 MSRP), but as with the Charge 4, only Amazon offers a free 90-day trial of Fitbit Premium with your purchase.

BEST FOR WELLNESS WARRIORS: Fitbit Sense

Fitbit’s fanciest smartwatch to date further improves upon the Versa 3 with an electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor, which measures changes in your skin temperature to determine how stressed you are at any given time — a great tool for anyone who’s into meditation, writes tech reporter Brenda Stolyar.

Amazon and Best Buy will both give you a free six-month Fitbit Premium trial when you score one on sale for $279.99. (That’s 15% off its $329.95 MSRP, which is its biggest discount to date.)
