Nick Jonas is returning to Saturday Night Live on Feb. 27, this time without his older brothers tagging along.

The youngest Jonas will not only host the upcoming SNL, he’s also be the evening’s musical guest. All three Jonas brothers previously graced the SNL stage in February 2009 as that evening’s musical guest, and Nick got the chance to do the same as a solo artist in 2016. But this is the first time any of the brothers will get to host.

Nick notably did appear in a couple of sketches alongside the night’s host Julia Louis-Dreyfus during his 2016 appearance. They’re both small moments where the youngest Jonas plays more of a straight man to the other comics in each sketch.

The Feb. 27 is a bigger deal because, as host, Nick will be appearing in many more sketches and likely playing a lead role in at least a few. He’s also notably joining a very small community of past SNL guests who were paid the dual honor of hosting and performing original music in the same night.

It’s an illustrious crew that, in recent years, has included superstars like Chance the Rapper, Donald Glover, Harry Styles, and Halsey. But SNL has been around for decades, and past double-duty hosts have also included the likes of Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake.

The Nick Jonas episode will cap off a stacked February for SNL that’s already featured hosts Regina King, Dan Levy, and John Krasinski, as well as Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page, who hosts the Feb. 20 episode (aka tonight if you’re reading this news on the day it published).
