With just a pair of those wheeled shoes strapped to your feet (and some protective gear, of course), you can turn a vacant parking lot or sidewalk into your own personal roller rink for hours of muscle-strengthening, balance-improving, aerobic fun outdoors — and maybe even glide your way to TikTok virality.
