Your social platforms might have less fodder for Saturday Night Live sketches after removing the remaining Trump family-members-turned-political-leaders from your follows, but the new administration includes a fresh cast of characters.

President Joe Biden has a host of grandkids, and two dogs. Vice President Kamala Harris is married to the country’s first Second Gentleman, who has two young adult children from a previous marriage. Then, the White House cabinet is shaping up with nominee confirmation hearings that aren’t likely to be struck down in a Democrat-controlled Senate.

Here’s how to follow along online for the next four years whether it’s on Twitter, Instagram, or even TikTok.

Biden family

The first obvious follow is Joe Biden himself, whether that’s his personal accounts or his official government ones

Same goes for his wife, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden:

The couple’s children Ashley Biden and Hunter Biden are mostly offline. But then there’s the grandchildren. Biden’s four granddaughters, Natalie, Naomi, Finnegan, and Maisy, are socially active on TikTok and Instagram (and even Twitter), along with his older grandson Robert.

Harris family

We’ve got VP Kamala Harris herself, who like Jill and Joe Biden also has separate government accounts.

Then there’s the first male spouse to a vice president, Doug Emhoff:

Harris’ sister Maya Harris uses her social accounts to support her sibling: @mayaharris_ (Twitter) and on Instagram.

Harris’ niece (Maya’s daughter) is Meena Harris, and she’s active on Twitter and Instagram with her own business and book.

Harris’ stepkids (who call her “Momala“) are active online with unverified accounts. Ella Emhoff is on Instagram, while Cole Emhoff has an unverified Twitter handle at @ColeEmhoff and on Instagram

Cabinet nominees

Here are some pertinent Twitter accounts to follow with many notable firsts:

White House staff and advisors

You can find most of them on Twitter, starting with the general @WhiteHouse handle itself. Ron Klain is the White House chief of staff. Jen Psaki is the White House press secretary, while Harris’ press secretary is Sabrina Singh at @sabrinasingh24.

For the Bidens’ dogs, Major and Champ, there are only unofficial accounts across most platforms that don’t appear to be owned or operated by a member of the Biden family. Here’s hoping for an official TikTok featuring the pooches, especially since Champ is the first rescue dog in the White House.
