On Aug. 10, 2019, disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell. He had been arrested a month earlier on federal charges for the alleged sex trafficking of minors. The death was ruled a suicide, but Epstein’s long list of high profile friends and associates – which includes none other than Donald Trump, among others – left many to wonder if the medical examiner had gotten it right.

This trailer for the four-part Netflix documentary series, Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, opens with the “Who killed Jeffrey Epstein?” question. But what follows in the next two minutes suggests a much deeper dive than that.

Filthy Rich, which is based on the biography from author James Patterson, looks back at the billionaire’s alleged misdeeds over the years. The series speaks to survivors who offer their firsthand accounts of how Epstein conducted the business that saw him investigated and charged numerous times in the decade-plus that ended with his death.

Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich comes to Netflix on May 27.
